TOCEN Goshoboh’s indoor restaurant SANBO KAN offers a simple design with an oriental touch, and looks over the Taki river and the gorgeous Cherry Blossom tree that inspired the famous poet Yosano Akiko. “Sanbo Kan” means “no matter how busy you are, you’ll snatch some time to enjoy a delicious meal”.

SHUNJU “Seasons Overlap”

3 minutes walk from TOCEN GOSHOBOH, located on the way to the hot-spring temple “Onsenji”, hides “SHUNJU”, the indoor restaurant of Hotel Hana Koyado ”. This Japanese restaurant has a charming traditional open-kitchen equipped with a Kamado cooking stove and a charcoal grill. Guests sit at a comfortable counter, where they enjoy watching their chosen vegetables, seafood and meat being delicately cooked. The fresh colors of seasonal ingredients, the appetizing sounds of meat and vegetables sizzling away over the heat, the delicious scent of burning charcoal, and the flavor of each bite, give a new whole culinary experience. Restaurant Gosho Bessho

6 minutes walk from TOCEN GOSHOBOH, in the foothills of the Rokko mountain, along Arima rapids, hides Gosho Bessho, with its indoor restaurant that boasts a panoramic window view on green and maple trees, and serves a bold French Cuisine. It is a place where a meal becomes a fusion of escape, contemplation, and pleasure.
The location is marked with deep history imprints. For instance, during the Meiji era, when Arima Onsen was one of the first and most frenquented hot-spring resort area by western settlers and visitors, the building was a resort Hotel for those early westerners, offering a blend of East-West.
Today, Gosho Bessho tries to revive this history, by delivering a harmonious combination of Arima’s deep nature and Yamaga-style inspired French Cuisine.
