現在、ご予約をいただいた一部のお客様に対し、当館を装った不審なメッセージや、クレジットカード情報の入力を求めるフィッシング詐欺と思われる連絡が届いていることを確認しております。

これらのメッセージには、施設名やご予約日など、実際のご予約情報が記載されている場合があります。

現在、当社が利用する外部サービスを含め、関係各所において調査および安全確認が進められております。

お客様におかれましては、不審なメッセージを受信された場合、記載されているURLやリンクを開かず、クレジットカード情報や個人情報を入力しないよう、十分にご注意ください。
また、不審なメッセージへの返信も行わないようお願いいたします。

当館からご予約に関してご連絡する場合は、原則として以下の方法のみを使用しております。

・ご予約いただいた予約サイト（Booking.com、Agoda、Trip.com等）の公式メッセージ機能
・当館のメールアドレス　reserve@goshobo.co.jp

上記以外の方法で、クレジットカード情報の入力や緊急のお支払いを求めるメッセージを受信された場合は、手続きを行わず、当館まで直接お問い合わせください。

お客様にはご心配、ご不便をおかけいたしますが、被害防止のため、何卒ご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We have recently become aware that some guests have received suspicious messages impersonating our hotel.

These messages may contain accurate reservation details, such as the name of the property or the dates of stay, and may ask recipients to click on a link, provide personal information, or enter credit card details.

An investigation and security review are currently underway, including with external service providers used in connection with our reservation operations.

For your safety, please do not open any links contained in suspicious messages, do not enter any personal or credit card information, and do not reply to such messages.

Please note that official communications from our hotel regarding your reservation will only be sent through the messaging system of the booking website you used, such as Booking.com or Agoda, or from the following email address:

Even if a message contains correct information about your reservation, please do not enter your credit card details through any unfamiliar link or website.

If you receive a message requesting urgent payment or asking you to provide credit card or personal information through any other method, please do not proceed and contact us directly.

We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask all guests to remain vigilant.
